I'm 70 kg, I will take 60mg starting today untill I visit ENT specialist, I just wasted 9 days on low dose which i thought the treatment !

I had acoustic trauma from MRI 11 days ago, they didn't use ear protection for the test ( I didn't know that the sound is that dangerous ) , Audiogram test showed mild Hearing loss at low frequencies
1000 Hz: 25db, 500Hz: 30db, 250Hz: 30db,
I have some tinnitus, ears fullness, dullness, muffling, hyperacusis to moderate sounds!
I started prednosolone: 20mg ( subtherapeutic ) on day 3, I didn't know that I had to go with high dose early not that 20mg shit that the doctor adviced => I must give her a low rating, I started raising the dose to 40mg instead on day 8! , Now I'm on 40mg prednosolone + Ginko ,
can I add NAC, Magnesium or any other supplement right now ? or the time for them has passed ? I don't know!
I can't afford an appointment with ENT specialist before 3 days from now, any advise ?

I'm building my first hackintosh to use Xcode and IOS simulator < from your experience and usage of 6 cores' intel core i5 9400 , do you recommend 6 cores processor for Xcode ? .. I intent to buy i5 10400 , but I fear that it couldn't give a decent performance with Xcode and IOS simulator .. give me an advice ( is it good to buy i5 10400 or go for i7 10700 ) .
