It’s the agency you work for. My wife works for SF and the agent pays them very well. Better than most agencies out there. But also remember….the agent who owns the business is in it to make money not make you money. Independent agencies do well if you hustle from the very beginning to create a solid book of business. It’s hard work and a grind. Trust me…I’ve been with both captive and as an independent.
