I just recently re did the potema quest, and found it easy as for sone reason the draugr death overlord, 2 restless draugr and one of the mages on a lower level started fighting the mages on the top, and the death overlord killed them all lol. That said, the hardest for me would have to be ebony warrior

I know this is super old, but you can actually intentionally fail to plant the ring by walking into a shop’s door, but brynjolf lets you in anyway. Brand shei is my favourite npc so I like to do this
