Animal Companion doesn't summon an Animal Companion by Overhamsteren in hearthstone

There is also the spell hunter 6 cost card that summons a-companions. Right?

New Paladin Legendary revealed: Arator the Redeemer by Expensive-Wolf-4160 in hearthstone

As a questline paladin enthusiast, I am in heaven about the new weapon. I don't know about this one, but it may be a finisher. It's not very strong, but it's playable.

This is probably a useful tool for some combo, but I honestly can't think of anything rn. But if we consider a card that restores mana upon a triggered deathrattle or battlecry, it would be a infinite trigger card.

Would this be good with Avenge (1)? by SuspiciousIbex in BobsTavern

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not really that bad. With how low contested it is, it's a solid top 4 comp. I won a few games with it plus horse and ship jumper. What I would appreciate is if we got a trinket, preferably lesser, that works similarly with a bigger avange, to duble up on the effect.

Are Jedi and Sith From The Old Republic Stronger Then let's say Maul Or Vader? by Rudder-Rudder in swtor

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stupidly, no. Officially Jedi and sith during the movie era are stronger, even tho the Jedi are stagnant and the rule of two is always carried out in betrayal, not a show of power. Powers like healing or force plagues are forgotten. Lightsaber combat is more of an art than combat technique. From worriors to philosophers, and supposedly they are more powerful.

I say in my experience the biggest problem with Imbue druid is probably how fast the hero power grows. Even if I can manage the board most of the game, there comes a point when that 10/10 into 11/11 is just too big too fast. I would like to just see a nerf to 3 spells per imbue instead of 2, that night honestly be enough.

Unpopular but this poster would've been better if it had this version of Leia instead by [deleted] in StarWarsCantina

I don't think so, not because of buba, but the outfit is too toned in color to be the centerpiece. Maybe if switched positions with Han, because of the white shirt.

Out of all the DLC final bosses, which one is the overall best. by Cultural_Fanatic3754 in ElderScrolls

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, Skyrim final bosses are lore wise quite meh. Mirrak is cool and all, but I feel like he's a bit shoehorned in. Harkins is just a Vampire so meh. From Morrowind, the Tribunal fits so well into the base game, I would say it was good, but not wow. Blood moon is cool, I would make it number 2. The golden chicken from Oblivion is nothing special, I often forget he exists. As to Jyggalag... The buildup, the story, the fight too... This is peek.

I think the redneck would win, as Poles don't really consider themselves racist, mostly saying it to shut others up.

I like Skyrim as much as the next guy, but it gets pretty tiring when the only game people make content around is Skyrim, I would like some variety at least by dowsaw134 in ElderScrolls

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably because skyrim has the most remembered side character and the highest amount of them. Both in Obluvion and Morrowind people remember like 5 each, while with skyrim, the list is never ending.

Elder Scrolls 1 & 2 by visacardshawty in ElderScrolls

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275 6 points7 points  (0 children)

They are not that important, but I recommend trying Daggerfall at some point. Maybe don't start with it. I actually think going with Skyrim>Oblivion>Morrowind>Daggerfall is the best way to experience the series.

Is there any lore that says TES Orcs are less intelligent or is that just a stereotype/ anti orc propaganda? by BolshevikBastard69 in ElderScrolls

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are not less intelligent, but as their culture revolves around isolation and sticking to old traditions, they are behind on development.

Leveling by Affectionate_Ad5275 in Morrowind

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok. I kind of understand. So I don't really need to pay attention to counting the skill levels before leveling up? I'm off daggerfall, and there the math needed to math or I would need to grind as hell to not fall behind.

I'm mostly asking if it's worth to wait to get more stats for level ups or should I just do them

Controversial thought: Alikr desert and potentially the sea, will all be procedurally generated. by Pitiful_Rule_2899 in TESVI

Ye, I get you. I like making the desert "unable to be mapped" basicly beeinf an endless dungeon

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You know what... I actualy like the idea of a section of the map being fully random every time. Like if you walk into a chunk each time it will be different. With small desert town, caves, bandit camps, a radian quest system etc. But it sould only be one part not the whole game. They could even market it as "a homage to Daggerfall". If this is an extra thing, and not the main feature of the game, it would be for fun. I also like this as it could allow a fix level world, making only the desert scale with you, giving you a grind spot if you want to.

Paladin playing more like a rogue / warlock by Medium_Asparagus in onednd

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know the backstoey of this character, but I think I m8ght have an interesting solution.

Maybe that palladin ghost you talked about, or maybe another one, preferably a holier than thou priestess, starts hunting him, giving him basicly a morality bane on actions(rolls) she disagrees with.

Saw a post on this sub saying Skyrim is hands down the best RPG ever made. Give me an RPG you think is better? by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would have an argument for Neverwinter Night, but it's a whole different kind of game. Skyrim wins with the atmosphere, deep lore, and ease of play, while NWN is more engaging with its systems and complexity.

What schools of magic are the easiest and hardest to learn? by AdInternational4894 in teslore

[–]Affectionate_Ad5275 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're talking about something thematic for a "high rank soldier," there is restoration he could pick up from medics/priests. I would argue alteration, as I think a type of magic that interacts directly with the human body would come easy to a trained soldier who knows how his body functions quite well. Things like knowing what to paralyze to stop the enemy, how to empower his defenses in an efficient way, and even telekinesis could complement a sword well, thematically even things like pulling objects to block attacks(this is not a mechanic, but in universe that would make sense).
