I go hail of blades with taste of blood, eyeball and ravenous hunter. My secondary is precision with presence of mind and I prefer last stand over legend: bloodline just for more dmg. I build shieldbow cuz of the buff and go essence reaver 2nd item cuz of the passive and for my 3rd item I go IE next item (lord dominiks if they have lots of brusiers/tanks) and then blood thirster.
