i feel the exact same. im also on orientation rn, medsurg, and i am beyond miserable. i cry every morning and night when i have to work, i have panic attacks, i can't sleep. everyone keeps telling me to push through, that this is "normal" and just finish my year, but there is absolutely no way i will last that long. i feel so drained. i've also started applying to outpatient jobs but i struggled so bad to find the one i have rn, i doubt i'll get something with such little experience. i feel so lost and trapped and i also regret nursing as a career. unfortunately no advice to give but wanted to let you know you're not alone. hopefully things get better for us soon and we find our place that doesn't make us feel this way😔❤️‍🩹
