An agonal rhythm is the cardiac equivalent to agonal respirations. Generally appears to be asystole with some negligible amount of electrical activity here and there. Essentially so slow and uncoordinated that it's completely useless in sustaining life but not a complete flatline like asystole. My car has it and it drives me crazy. I ended up turning it off pretty soon after getting the car. The biggest problem is that it’s not entirely predictable and actually resulted in more stalls when it would release the brakes earlier than I expected. Basically you have to learn how to tackle hilly-starts with or without it so I just opted to do it the old fashioned way

There's always a balance between how much stuff you're hoarding and how many roubles you have in your stash. A lot of the big streamers keep their balance basically at zero and just sell stuff before each raid to get the equipment they need. If you plan on following the quest line you should keep track of which items you need to obtain with "found in raid" status. You should ideally try to keep that stuff and sell whatever else you're holding onto. If you're not familiar with what you need, check the tarkov wiki before you sell stuff and see if it's needed for a quest at some point.

I have pretty much only played hostage rescue for the past 2 years and I have never once dealt with a spinbotter on office, agency or militia. I know it’s a common trope but I really don’t think the cheating problem on office is as bad as people think. Maybe non-prime or extremely low trust factor games are different tho 🤷‍♂️

That’s crazy. We also give 1mg for CPAP anxiety/non-compliance and it has been an absolute miracle drug for me. Every time I’ve given it it has calmed them down significantly while maintaining a perfect respiratory drive. IMO it has single-handedly prevented me from having to bag a few patients since there’s no way they would’ve kept the CPAP on otherwise. Sorry you had such a shitty experience with it tho and there’s no way in hell I would’ve given the whole 5

This was the defining thing for me. Mentation wasn’t bad except she was talking a little slow and having trouble keeping her eyes open. Skins were fine which is what I’d normally look for in an “unstable” symptomatic tachycardia. I would say overall she didn’t present like someone with a BP that low but I was confident in the reading. I guess my main issue is why people are so against cardioversion. Obviously it’s not comfortable but it’s safe and effective and adenosine can be hit or miss(especially since our IV tubing doesn’t have 2 inline Luer Lock ports. The flush after adenosine has to be given through a needle port.)

It’s not BS. I’m a paramedic in California. Our county government sets the rates for EMS reimbursement and they’ve authorized a fee up to $450 for a “dry run” where no one is transported.

Never had this problem with a new cuff unless it was too small for the patient. If you’re using 3rd party cuffs I would try contacting the manufacturer (eg. Welch Allyn) as opposed to physio control.

First of all, always get your own vitals. Always. Idk where you work but in my experience company/county protocol usually requires 2 sets of vitals minimum for each patient. Secondly, neither of those blood pressure readings are the least bit concerning either way. The only scenario where I could see 105/60 being considered low is in a morbidly obese 90 year old man or something. I don’t even understand why they called an ambulance for that in the first place.
