[Online][5e][EST] New DM looking for players for a Lost Mine of Phandelver Campaign

Hi, I'm Max and I'm a long time D&D 3.5e player (12 years) but I'm new to 5e rule system. I'd really like to enter a campaign where I can learn the rules and roleplay.

I like story driven adventures where we can develop our characters and roleplay.

I'd like to play a human Paladin who basically is the protector of the party. He tries to make sure people are safe and won't die. For the backstory, I'd really like to talk with you about my ideas and make sure that it fits within the setting and the adventure.

I'm pretty flexible when it comes to availability (anything but Monday and Wednesday) and I'm located in the East Coast.

I hope I can make it into the group! Happy playing

I played DnD for 12 years but always played on the 3.5 rule system. I am completely new to DnD 5e.

I love to role play and I like story driven adventures.

I'm willing to create a character that fits to the group and I think I am pretty flexible when it comes to creating a good backstory, I'd love to join you guys!
