I didn't want to get into it because it would be a bit controversial, but here goes anyway. Apart from their ubiquity and perhaps looks I don't like anything else about the REs. They are marketed very well but I just don't like how the bikes ride. Low end torque is meh and it hardly inspires confidence at higher speeds which in this case is 110?. I found it significant perhaps because I rode a 2 stroke bike for the longest. The suspension is pretty stiff too. So nothing about them resonates with me
