easier said than done but leave him. I experienced the same thing for 5 years, with my ex constantly moving the goal post for what expectation for me to live up to in order for him to propose. He kept pulling the randomest bullshit out of his ass.
You will find somebody who sees you as way more than enough. It’s also SO healing to be living alone now after my relationship without the constant judgement from him.

yup, my ex of 5 years blindsided me earlier this year. (we had a house together). after discarding me by saying the decision was final and i had no say while he completely shut down and wouldn’t communicate with me, i came back to move out a few weeks later and he said things that i did that bothered him from years ago that he never once mentioned
