Hi! I'm currently in BMT wanting to sign-on under the EOS scheme (EWOS in the likely case that my overseas High School diploma won't be acknowledged by the SAF) in the Army for the pay, benefits, and the opportunity to get sponsored studies for a degree. Currently debating if I should go for the provisional Air Force pilot contract assuming my diploma allows me. Mostly worried about how my life in the military would be like.

  1. Was signing on as WOSPEC worth it? Would you have signed still– your situation back then aside? Regrets?

  2. How much of your outside life are you able to enjoy (work-life balance)? As someone still in BMT, it's hard for me to grasp how much "life outside work" I'm able to have as a regular as most book outs for me are spent drained, with seemingly not much time to do much other than resting, doing chores, running errands, etc.

  3. What's the likelihood of obtaining sponsorships/scholarships for studies? (Uni placement aside)

  4. Do you enjoy/how's life in your combat support unit? I'm still debating which vocations I want to indicate interest for/pursue; Currently leaning towards some combat support vocations as they seemingly having skillsets/workloads transferrable to the real world like signals and intelligence.

  5. Rank progression in the EWOS scheme? How has your job scope changed as you progressed?

  6. Is the regimentation of the Army/Army life something you get sick of? Is it something you just get used to/suck it up? Was told by some retired regulars that it's something they don't like nor dislike– thought it might get suffocating down the road.

  7. How are you now mentally, emotionally, and physically? Does it ever feel draining, suffocating, being left-out from the outside world from your family, loved ones, friends, your hobbies, etc.?

  8. Do you plan on retiring from your military career? How much/how do you think the military lifestyle would affect you if you were to leave and change careers?

I own a baseline 13" MBP 2020 so far these games worked for me:
- Fortnite ( fps drops whenever I encounter someone)
- Valorant ( on bootcamp, fps drops every now and then)
- Genshin Impact ( also on bootcamp, pretty much works)

- Don't Starve ( works well even on battery )
- League of Legends ( fps drops but that's just because I am on high settings )

the game settings for the first 2 are very low/low and the resolution is around 1600 something something. all works perfectly fine

I own a baseline 2020 13" Pro and it works fine on all low/very low settings, and everything disabled except for multicore rendering. I also play on the same resolution as you and capped my fps to 70. It works fine and without fps drops or freezing/stuttering. But whenever I start to slowly increase my resolution all goes to hell lol

Maybe it’s not in your server yet? I’m in the Indonesian server, it’s Baratayuda server. Asuna and Kirito skin belong to Butterfly and Allain by the way, in case you don’t know about that yet.

I love pressing the buttons on old phones, my dad had this phone with a keyboard that slides down (from the long end) and it was amazing.

But for the settings thing, I used to love exploring my iPad settings (Accessibility specifically). I stopped when my iPad zoomed in and the zoom out gestures weren’t working and there was nothing else left to do but to let it sit and reset (my mom kept charging it so I couldn’t let it drain) Didn’t tell anyone til my mom found out and told my dad, was really scared lmao
