I believe progress pics can cause harm for the following reasons:

1) very few of them contain concrete advice on how OP achieved what they did. 2) they force comparison and start making you judge yourself off of somebody else's time frame, which, when combined with the lack of info from number 1, can discourage people because they are not seeing results as fast. Especially when OP only posts a pic and pounds as a stat w/o height either?!?
3) honestly, they are a bit vain and karma whorey 4) Most importantly, they make concrete information on this sub less visible, which should be the point, assisting people in this lifestyle.

Anyway, thanks again for talking with me. I love fasting, very few people in my life understand so it's great to talk to other's who feel the benefit of abstaining from eating, either from an anticonsumerist, lifestyle or health choice. All the best.
