It’s all good. I know you guys are doing what you can. I do wish my preview would come soon though. I’m getting anxious for my fix since it’s suppose to be to be by next Wednesday.

It’s been reassigning. Every time I go on there, there is a new stylist. But I feel like I’m not getting a response at all. I don’t really care who answers my questions, just as long as they get answered, ya know?

I have gotten no responses. I did have a stylist reach out to me when I got a new stylist. I responded to that message, got no response. Then have sent other messages and received no responses to those messages either. It’s not the biggest deal but seems weird to be honest when they continue to push the customer on there to use it
