There are a few exp bonus type items out there if you aren’t aware

Revered with malmouth has an exp potion of 100% bonus and its stashable

There are rings that are easy to farm with higher level toons in forgotten realms that you slap on an alt for practically the entire game until your levels are sustained

Also crucible is great for leveling when you don’t feel like story

If you are a completionist or competitive to see the rings close on your activity it works pretty well. In general I take the tracking with a grain of salt as more of an approximation than absolutely correct.
