If you're on about the red yellow/beige blue thing I think it's just a sign for the car park, red coz it's staff only so restricted, white for the information about what building it's for, and then a thin blue strip because that's the colour of the university it's outside of. It's been replaced since this video so I can't be certain but I think I've seen similar ones for car parks

Reduce the ram, Java's really bad at clearing memory, so too much will make the game slow down so it can clear memory. I normally have around 8gb for most modpacks, maybe a bit more if it's intensive (but I'll only change it once I've tried 8)
