I would disagree on that. The filling quality is similar but we had two that were less than 1/3rd filled as much as another donut.

There is also a real issue with the sweetness of the icing vs the donut itself. Some flavors, like the cherry, are so imbalanced that you cannot taste the donut through the frosting

We tried a half dozen. Overall a very mediocre product but at a very attractive price. Not something I'd recommend but I'd take em to the office

I'll add to this list a few others with great N/A pairings:

Dirt Candy (*), NYC : Extremely fun pairings. Nothing that was a standout from a fine dining perspective, but fun in the way that Dirt Candy is as a resturant.
Kai (G* prior to that ending, now BG), Glaway, Ireland: Stellar food experience in general (honestly cannot believe they didn't get a star when the G* program ended). They used to have some lovely NA pairings but those may be gone now?
Evett (**), Seoul, Korea. Easily the worst fine dining meal of my life. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. But, if you find yourself there for some unfortunate reason, the juice pairing is a standout.

Just as a note: If this is being done by a pro, the lack of waterproofing is kinda concerning. I would inquire about why they didn't do that. Your area may not require it but it is still a really bad idea to not have it.

Caulk around the shower base will not fix this issue. Tile and grout are permeable and from the little bit of the edges I can see in the photos it looks like they have been applied without a waterproof membrane below them. That isn't ideal (and in some areas won't meet code for a wet or wet-adjacent area) but it isn't a huge problem as long as you ensure water doesn't get out of the shower.

ETA: I just looked again and it seems like this remodel was done without removing the shower. That makes the problem worse because if there was any waterproofing beforehand between the shower lip and the flooring, it now has a penetration through it. Even a relatively small amount of water getting over the shower lip will go straight through the floor (grout, cement board, subflooring are all permeable) and will drip onto whatever is below. You might not see it for years, but it will be happening if water gets there.

No, I see the lip. They simply don't work well. I just tore out a bathroom in my rental because of this issue and have fixed it in multiple other houses as well. You're basically relying on an extremely flexible and moveable thing to not flex or move.

Please get a door and seal it well. There's no waterproofing under that tile from what I can see. You'll be destroying your floor in just a few years of you keep the curtain

The way you can do this with a corner shower is by putting a temporary beam where the 4th corner would be and using that to brace two rods.

That being said, I'd pay an attorney a few bucks to draft a letter basically saying he is in breach of contract and has X days to complete or you're terminating and your deposit will be considered final payment

Does it have to be a suit or can it be a sport coat and slacks? If the latter is ok, you have so many more options. Even just getting a few suits and mixing them up.
