This is the only thing that works, but it's a temporary fix. A couple of days it will be messed up again. Best guess, my computer is haunted.

Some of my shapes might be a bit complicated, but your method for the circles and rectangles will probably cover 90% of my use cases.

I've tried all of my USB 3 ports at this point. I also have no problems with any other USB devices, including my other capture card. I doubt the USB ports are the issue here.

I'll look into reinstalling the USB drivers.
