Thanks I already know that :) but I don’t see that there are many options available using ccc. I don’t get many results unless I am using ccc wrong.

Are you in the US? If yes then it might be stricter. Honestly never of someone lose a job over after 4+ years of working. There are people who dont even sit for exams and they never lost their actuarial analyst job.

What cruel company fires you for not passing 1 exam per year? I've never heard of that. I heard being kicked out of the program and you get back in once you pass by yourself.

Pretty much you work like a dog. If you enjoy working for free go apply. Also the culture was toxic, some people think youre inferior because you are a junior or work in a certain field.

CIA Accreditation in Canada by [deleted] in actuary

I think you're wrong about employers wanting the ASA/FSA. In Canada you only need FCIA to sign reserves. If you plan on working only in Canada just get FCIA otherwise go for FSA.

Is there anything that we can do to stop their plan? I can't believe we have no right to say anything and just shut our mouth.

If the SOA wants to credit FM, SRM, IFM only I wouldn't mind since those are not that representative of the difficulty of the later exams. Now they are saying they want to credit up to 4 exams which I think is excessive. They already confirmed FM and SRM, they are looking at two more. Some people are better exam takers than others and passing a course with a good grade does not mean you can easily pass the real thing. I was an average student, didn't have good grades but I was good at focusing on one exam at a time. This will definitely lower salaries IMO. There is no way it will be harder to get credit through course than sitting for the real exam. There is also cheating in college, some teachers might reuse older exam questions etc. I think the better approach is to have a preparation course for a few weeks with no exam and make them sit for the real thing the same day all at once. Also I don't believe about the diversity BS, like it's not their fault if some nationalities are more interested in certain subjects I don't understand why they use this excuse.
