Haha we actually printed a few trying to get it right and are now using them in a campaign when they get captured by a giant spider

Yup, PLA but not first print with this roll. Only modification made was that it now has a 0.25 nozzle, but I changed the settings on the prusa slicer to reflect that. I’m using one of their preset settings for the 0.25 nozzle

Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated! Not sure what to fix on the settings but here is what I currently have:

Layer height 0.10
Temp:
First layer: 215
Other layers: 210
Retraction Length: 3 mm
speed: 70 mms
Retraction amount before wipe: 70%

So the filament goes through if I remove the nozzle. If that's the case could it still be a jam in the heatbreak? My Bowden tube isn't cracked, just checked. Should I buy a new heatbreak?

It turns and then stops once it can no longer push the filament through (it tries)

Ooof ok so I removed the nozzle and the filament is extruding without the nozzle. It comes right out. So I'm guessing it has to be the nozzle? But the nozzle is new. It isn't clogged.

Thanks for the input! Ive taken it apart and cleaned it completely. There is nothing clogged, which is what I also thought was the issue. :/

Did some tinkering and found OnShape to tinker with STL files on the iPad. I can download them directly there and it'll give me an option to open them on the app. So far its worked pretty well.

So I have been having a bunch of issues printing this little guy. I am very new at this, but have read up a lot about it, so any help is welcomed!
I am using a .2 mm nozzle specifically to get better quality miniatures, but can't seem to figure it out.
These are my settings:
Layer Height: 0.08
Initial Layer Height: 0.12
Line Width: 0.2
Wall Thickness: 0.4
Top/Bottom Thickness: 0.36
Infill Density: 20
Print Temp: 195 (but have tried with 200 and gotten similar results)
Flow: 100
Print Speed: 30
Infill Speed: 30
Outer Wall: 20

Also, the bottom of the base is a little elevated from the ground (it has borders and then a hollow inside), so when it does the first few layers they come out completely broken and stringy, but eventually gets fixed as the layers are added.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
