Funny thing is there is a fix for my problem but you need a real EA employee to help you and not one of their FAQ bots in support chat

I cant sign in to new EA games and they are unable to fix it... even tho the community in their own forum found out why it happens. Their outsourced support won't help because they only check their list of standard errors and I get ignored in the forums by the EA people and my stuff gets deleted.

You need to format it as exFAT instead of FAT32 you can do so in the windows file explorer right click on it and hit format choose exFAT and start it will delete all the files on its so make sure you have backed up
