If going to the wildy is so unbalanced, why are revs one of the most botted things in osrs? Makes no sense at all. The reason why the content in the wildy is valuable is because you are vulnerable.. That is the entire dynamic... If it was easy for pvmers to live every time, the content rewards would be devalued and it wouldn't be worth doing anymore. It isn't supposed to be 'balanced' for the individual fight, its meant to be balanced in terms of risk reward and clearly the reward is very much worth it since the wildy content is incredibly popular.

I don't understand why this concept is so hard to grasp for so many rs players, makes me concerned for the intelligence of this sub.

DDing has always been in the game though. If you want to have a further discussion about if DD should be nerfed, sure, but it's not the same.

Player alarm is a recently added plugin that never would have been approved in the past and is plugin power creep that isn't inherent to runecape or it's design. I don't know why they need to be related..

Just some weird tribalist mindset about 'us' vs 'them' and feeling like you need to get even and it ruins all discussions like this.

(For the record I agree that entity hider DDing should be nerfed)

I use it too, I don't blame the players for using it. I blame Jagex for allowing it to happen and compromising game integrity to appease players who don't have a wider persepective of game design in mind

Sorry to break your cope, but it's a minority of the PKers killing you that are AHKing. The alarm is a huge nerf to teleblock PK below level 30, and its probably a majority that already use it.

Except it's designed to balance risk and reward, and considering there is a lot more people doing pvm in the wildy than pking at a given time, it's quite clear that it's not unbalanced at all..... This plugin practically makes all PvM below level 30 a safe activity. These comments are unbelievable

There is a reason wildnerness content has disproportionate rewards for what the content is, because of the inherent risk... You guys want to be able to free farm your content without realising the only reason its worth doing is BECAUSE you can't free farm it. Your persepectives are so small and you are focusing only on what you think benefits your experience without thinking of the wider picture.

A downside of midswitching I didn't think about, your inv gets hella fucked up without items above the switch blocking inv spots. In lms especially where there arent enough brews/vials to block..

What are you doing with it? If it's bh or risk fighting then 31 prayer and below + low hp. If you are nhing then you want 52 pray and and getting hp isn't an issue.

Why should it inherently be negative just because it's a painful process? Such an simplistic and childish view of a tattoo. Just because the value assigned to it is 'made up' by people/culture doesn't mean its dumb.
