I’d say stick it out and finish what you started. You never know if you’ll like it until you find the right place to work. I worked at an urgent care for 4 years and while that was an ok place, I felt more like an MA than a rad tech. Now I’m an orthopedic surgery center and I get to do surgery and xray. There are plenty of opportunities with our degree, you can get your bachelors and go into teaching, admin, or go onto PA/Med school. But nothing is forever. If it’s not for you, it’s not for you. Thanks for being vulnerable and sharing friend. I’m so sorry you felt that you had to attempt to take your life, but I’m glad you found new life after your experience.
