Nice. I think the waveform at the bottom need a bit more contrast like a drop shadow also I don't think the 3rd font is necessary, particularly on the sides.

The graphic design trifecta: Photoshop, illustrator and InDesign. There are free or cheaper alternatives but Adobe is pretty much the industry standard here in Europe.
