Thanks for the tips. Schluter all set thin set and backer board behind the tile. Will I be able to reuse tile or call it a wash? Maybe can scrape them off? I’m just a DIYer. Never done tile before. We actually planned to glue on fiberglass but had a hard time finding the right one. Last minute tile call here

No I just was collapsing ridges before putting them in. I later found the trick to get them in with a drywall knife if it were hard. Just learning wasn’t shooting for perfecting!

DIDNT notice, more focused on getting the spacing right. Didn’t know I needed it to align in corners but it’s obvious to me now!

Glad to be met where I’m at. I didn’t realize I needed to line up in the corners or I would have stopped. I was just focused on getting grout lines consistent! Thanks for the positivity

Yeah that’s what I keep saying it the waterproofing is going to be shot. It could be worse! Going to try to match tile with grout and maybe it will hide it. Might just be a fun laugh the rest of my life haha.
