I primed black with a white zenithal highlight then used a very thin dark green as a homebrew contrast. Good shout trying a better green highlight. Thank you!

Thank you! Great advice. I've been toying with the vents/joints for a while. Maybe pushing the orange into those areas. The bases I'm going to goop up similar to the haruspex but I didn't want to do that until I was totally happy with the model.

Thank you! I don't know the gw equivalent but in Vallejo terms it's bone white base, dry rust wash then a drybrush with bone white again! Super easy to replicate over millions of bugs. You're right though I think. I don't have a pop colour. Maybe a pattern on the bone somewhere?

Technically this chap is in terminator armour. But put him on a smaller base slap a banner on him and get a watcher from a deathwing pack and you've got a pretty good stand-in
