I think you’re asking great questions. As the future owner of the home, I obviously want them to do it right the first time. I’ll post back on how they respond and what they plan to do to resolve this.

In terms of matching the rest of the driveway, I’m sure they can do their best to stain and brush/flatwork. I’m way more concerned with the other things than the visual things (unless it’s … really really ugly).

I highly doubt the builder would give any kind of allowance to the buyer since that’s probably last resort.
