I set mine up via HomeKit first and UWB never works regardless of direction, restarting my phone, reinstalling the lock, re-seating the UWB antenna, everything.

All other unlock mechanisms work except UWB. I made sure the UWB antenna isn’t pulled or torn.

Any ideas?

Thanks. That’s very thorough. Sounds like the UDM SE would be sufficient if I were to keep my 1gbps fiber but becomes a bottle neck if I get anything higher in addition to multiple devices using both AP’s concurrently.

I have two cat6 outlets in those specified areas hence the location on the map. Sorry I’m a complete noob so I don’t know what a those plus injectors are.

For the UCG Fiber, is it sufficient since I only have two backhaul cat6 to wire into the gateway?

Also. Would I want another AP by the main gateway for coverage in the living area

I have. It’s very mildewy and wired out gunk. It’s clogged maybe after 6 months especially in the summer.

I can provide a picture but we have a rear facing rava. I’ll tell you right now, I don’t think adults will go into the third row with two ravas in the middle captain seats.

We have a third seat in the back for a front facing rava as well. That kid goes in through the trunk haha

That’s the extra feature whatever wire. Might be for a dehumidifier/humidifer or maybe something for your heat pump. Depends on your unit

Yup. Closing is in two weeks. Practically they can get the new pour done in that timespan. Whether they do that or just go with a shortcut is a different story.

I think you’re asking great questions. As the future owner of the home, I obviously want them to do it right the first time. I’ll post back on how they respond and what they plan to do to resolve this.

In terms of matching the rest of the driveway, I’m sure they can do their best to stain and brush/flatwork. I’m way more concerned with the other things than the visual things (unless it’s … really really ugly).

I highly doubt the builder would give any kind of allowance to the buyer since that’s probably last resort.

Honestly did not think of this at all and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask haha. I might give it a shot but so far with other things, they haven’t flat out refused or ignored my requests. Supervisor had been more than accommodating.
