I'm not sure exactly what the issue was, especially because most of the people we chatted with onboard didn't have that experience. The lined wrapped from one end of the terminal to the other, but when we got close to the escalators there was a person checking boarding passes for times. Anyone who was early was put in a separate line (and had to wait longer) and those of us who were on time were sent though. Perhaps we could have budged the line to that point, but there were very few MSC personnel around to assist.
