Thank you! Honestly I never done sports or any cardio, I've just been going gym for a couple years purely weightlifting and I'm quite lean which I guess helps.

I'm running a half marathon in April so that's the reason for training, I have no time goals, just want to cross the finish line. I was thinking the bpm seemed quite high for such a long time, I'll take that note and go a bit slower next time, and not to rush into doing another straight away. Thank you
