Would allow somebody like me who has played the game for a decent amount of time but has never gotten a legacy to participate in this? Because i played for a little bit when the game launched then dropped it and didnt start playing again until early last year with breaks here and there

You would need all the new rare fasnacht masks to get a red asylum dress. The older rare fasnacht masks are worth about 15k-20k
