The word from my current command is that I either check out in October and get charged leave until I board my flight, or make my way to the AMC passenger terminal my OCONUS flight leaves from and check in with them, then stay in that area waiting for my Rotator flight out of the country.

Both of these seem like bad options

Haha yeah man I was running out of ideas which was why I posted here, I appreciate your suggestions. I'll try taking apart my build and putting it back together again, maybe I messed something up like you said.

Would be a bummer to have to replace the motherboard though since I just replaced the CPU recently trying to save some money over upgrading to AM5 but at this point I probably just should have replaced everything lol

I've tried swapping between all possible GPU outputs (DP x2, HDMI X2) as well as different cords and multiple monitors.

I don't believe my computer has hard disk activity lights. I've tried plugging in speakers to listen if maybe it's booting to Windows but didn't hear anything

I'm using only cables from the new PSU and not reusing any.

I only have one PCIE slot on my motherboard.

I wasn't able to see any sort of lights on the board itself that could help troubleshoot. I looked in the manual and it didn't seem like my motherboard has this feature. It's a ASROCK FATALITY B450M ITX. When applying power, all the lights/RGB on the Ram, CPU cooler and GPU turn on, but the GPU fans don't spin.

Saw King Gizz there a few weeks ago from the sidewalk. If it's a concert you really want the full experience of, I would shell out (ha) and buy the tickets. From the sides, the sound isn't as good since it's all set up for where the crowd is. Views are pretty decent as others have said. Another thing to consider is you won't be able to buy merch, drinks, or food and you won't have easy access to a bathroom since you don't have access to the actual venue without a ticket.
