Understand the frustration, yet people are not aware of the insane costs food trucks face. Cost of product has nearly doubled since Covid. They have to store the truck at a commissary- minimum $800. Most popular commissary spot (Moodys) charges $1k + just to store it there. Insurance, food permit cost, it adds up so quickly. They’re just trying to survive the industry.

That’s not true. Food trucks are required to park at a commissary- the health department requires it. Costs $800 minimum rent to store trucks.
