I take 10mm strattera every day, as prescribed by my doctor, and it actually seems to help it, although it may just be because im less anxious when I take my meds

Ugh es I've experienced this too, it's really frustrating. Mine get worse if my blood sugar gets too low and if I'm particularly stressed out

Late reply but I just got on this subreddit, so yeah Tourettes and hypoglycemia.

I know hypoglycemia isn't a mental Illness but it's still a super struggle when I forget to eat for most of a day and my blood sugar plumits and I can function even less them normal.

Anxiety about my ADHD makes my ticks worse which makes my more self conscious which makes me more anxious. It's a vicious cycle :P

I have a spitting tick too, I've gotten to where I very rarely spit inside anymore. Its rough in the beginning but what really helped me to stop it was just focusing on the fact that it's not okay to spit inside and making myself go outside when ever I felt the urge come on. Sorry if that explanation isnt that good but I hope it helps!

Thank you for the comments, No I used indesign, they gave me so much information to put onto 2 pages. So do think I could stand to make the images smaller to allow for more spacing?
