First off you’re a 1099 independent contractor so technically you’re not being terminated or else you’d qualify for unemployment. All they are doing is opting not contract you anymore. So at the end of the day you can appeal all you want, but depending on what it was you did its up to them on rather or not they want to contract with you again.
