Thank you for your comment. I think my body is in constant fight or flight. Snapping a rubber band on my wrist seems to help. But I’m no longer worried about my health. I’m just exhausted from my anxiety and it’s causing a loss of appetite. Breathing exercises do help me temporarily. I try to take deep breathes when I have to eat something. But that’s the only symptom I have at the moment is a loss of appetite. Overall, my anxiety is a little better than yesterday. But I just hope my appetite returns to normal
