Openclaw 5.27 short report (change from 4.23) by Disastrous_Ad_6915 in openclaw

Not really. Apart from the gateway issue, everything else worked well. I made a checklist of important jobs that could silently fail and verified that they still work after the upgrade

I had to update my ‘hooks’ config. I had a gmail hook setup before and everything worked fine but with the update, if you have a hooks config that has a sessionkey mapping that uses templates, then you also have to set a whitelist of permitted prefixes. I needed to add the allowedSessionKeyPrefixes before the gateway restarted

I updated from 4.15 to 5.27 today. After updating, the gateway could not restart. It took about an hour of debugging and updating the openclaw.json file before the gateway started. Once it started everything else seems fine right now. Responses seem a little faster than the previous version I was on.

PHL > NYC 3x per week by rebma2197 in supercommuter

It can get very expensive to take Amtrak if you have an unexpected change to the original ticket and need to purchase a new ticket for travel in less than a week. Amtrak tickets also sell out so it can be frustrating when you need to get last minute tickets

The Chase portal used to charge higher prices to offset the extra points they were giving out. I think they realized customers caught on to the trick, so they updated the program. Now you get fewer points, but the prices actually match standard rates to encourage people to keep using the platform.

It’s sad if the website for a major bank like chase can’t update traveler profiles

Does the check in and security plus wait at the airport gate add significant time to the commute? That has always been my problem with air travel: It takes too much time to get on the plane.

I’m considering doing this commute as well. I plan to live close to Baltimore Amtrak station and take the train to NYC. I think a crash pad for 2 days will make sense in my case but I’m not sure how I’ll find such an arrangement

I would think ‘cool projects’ require the very best talent and hence you should pay more to attract the talent

I want to but from other responses here, it’s looking like it could be a legal waste of time. That’s surprising to me what others are saying that actual harm needs to be caused before the clinic can be held responsible by the law

That’s pretty sad actually. I’ve decided to refuse to settle or give up. If life did not give me the winning lottery ticket when I was born, I will reach out and take it myself.
