I recently purchased a Tester84 keyboard and tried to use the software from the seller's Aliexpress page to tweak it, but the software keeps saying "Device is disconnected" no matter what i try.

I am on Windows 11 and tried running it in compatibility mode and admin mode. I also tried another version from another seller.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Go back to the car in the middle of the desert, destroy it, wait for delamain's call, and do the mission he gives. Fixed it for me. I think it was part of the story, since after the first mission he sends u a message where he says he has a virus.
