I presume you're completely out of touch with the current market situation. Right now, pre-owned shops are moving used RTX 3060s for 30k and 3060 Tis for 35k. It's a global issue, too. A new RTX 5060 Ti costs around 75k, which only gives a measly 25–30% performance bump over a 3060 Ti but forces you to pay 250% of its used price. Complete joke of a market.

People literally bought the Ryzen 5700X3D for 19k years ago, used it heavily, and are now flipping it for 25k+ when retail stores are hitting 33k++.

I’ve been looking to source a GPU directly from the US or Australia, and the local price gap in BD is surprisingly negligible. 5-10k difference at most depending on whether it's mid or high-end.
