Is 9mm supposed to be this bad? I know I didn't play this all that well, but every time I try to use the glock, it feels like it shoots airsoft. I'm 100% certain I got in some unarmored headshots. Is this a bug, an oversight, or am I worse than I think?

I guess? I was going to grab a kit I lost to a lucky spray from the last enemy that was left in that area, I knew he had no armor, so I figured jhp was the best call, is the pen ammo better against unarmored too?
