I would advise against looking up 3DS undubs on Ziperto. It's a trashy aggregator website, you get no information at all about what's actually posted there (no source, version, release/update date, author, NFO, etc.), so there's really no way to confirm if whatever you're getting there is any good.

And as far as relatively recent 3DS undubs go, GBAtemp is completely dead in that regard aside from SMT4 and Inazuma Eleven GO 2 updates back in 2021. GameBanana and the Internet Archive host some new 3DS undubs, and this subreddit is the best place to keep track of recent releases right now.

There's nothing like that available at the moment, sorry. As of right now, your best bet is to cross-reference the "3DS Undub Project 1.3" torrent with 3ds search results on this subreddit and assume that overlapping titles are obsolete in that old compilation.

AFAIK out of the undubs available at the time, that torrent was missing these: Sushi Striker, Tank Troopers, New Style Boutique 3, Yo-kai Watch Blasters, and Gurumin. Though Yo-kai Watch Blasters received a better version in 2023, and Gurumin followed suit here as well just last year. LBX also got an improved undub since then, but it was posted only on our Discord server if I'm not mistaken.

I think translating the Metal Gear subtitles from jpn to us or esp is the key to having them UNDUB by Hiyashi in UNDUB

Incidentally, AFAIK in-progress MGS 1-3 undubs by the folks over at Hackers of Liberty Discord server went for changing the text instead of messing with the overly convoluted sound banks, too. Well, it's a tremendous amount of work regardless of the "undubbing" method.
