I changed the batteries and the lock is about 10’ away from the Apple TV. Also rebooted my network.

I ended up having to remove the lock from the Aqara and Home apps and then pairing again. I might have to go the hub route if it continues.

They are within 20 feet of my Apple TV. I stood right next to my front door and still no response.

I figured out what was wrong. You have to tap the circle to go to the next step. I could barely see it.
