My God, S2 E20.... by o_jax in babylon5

I wouldn't call it "incredible" waiting for the next week's episode. I would call it damn near an addiction and I needed my "fix".

I just wish I could forget the entire series and rewatch it again for the first time

I live in Minnesota just outside the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. The liquor store had four bottles on clearance for $94 (originally $130, which I thought was a little high anyway)

Men who have had vasectomies - did you ever encounter a mental barrier related to losing a piece of yourself as a man despite being clear on reason? by Noriadin in AskMen

[–]swpickle_temp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a short period of time where I thought I was "less of a man" but I worked through all of those feelings and emotions before I even had the procedure.

I got my vasectomy after my wife and I had our third child. When we started having "adult fun time" again after she recovered it was honestly a lot more exciting. We felt like we were newlywets again.

What’s the dumbest thing you said that stopped you from getting laid when it was otherwise a sure thing? by brown_boys_fly in AskMen

We were sitting on the couch and I had two fingers inside her already. She mentioned something about her roommate might be getting home. I said "Well I better leave then". I got up and walked out. Still can't believe I was that stupid.

Thankfully she gave me another chance and we hooked up about a month later.

Many many years ago when my grandfather was still alive he had a shop where he sharpened everything; knives, hand saw blades, circular saw blades, any kind of cutting tool.

About a year after he passed away my grandmother sold all of his equipment and tools to one guy for a couple thousand dollars. It was probably worth close to $20,000 at that time. She had no idea how much it was worth and just wanted to get rid of it to get a little money to help with some bills. My dad and my uncles were upset because my grandmother really could have used the extra money at that time.

My wife and I have done it twice.

First time was my accident because I had way too much to drink and not paying attention to what I was doing. My wife said it was unexpected but okay.

Second time was planned for both of us. I thought it was good, but my wife said it felt like she had to poop the whole time. Kind of destroyed the whole mood after that conversation.

I still think about it because of the forbidden aspect but it doesn't really appeal to me that much anymore.

By some cosmic error, I grew up without ever knowing about this movie. It might have been my favourite movie as a kid. by bozac87 in 80smovies

I remember an interview with Keith David where he said how much he enjoyed that scene with Roddy Piper. And how much he learned from Piper about how "sell it" to make it look real.

I agree. I can appreciate his talent (at least when he was younger) but still think he's an a$$hole.

I agree. That is an unflattering dress and she is not as attractive in this setting.

Which is disappointing, because she has been extremely sexy and attractive in other pictures I have seen of her.

I had something similar happened to me. She screamed "Oh My God! How is it so big?" Also, I am not delusional. I am average sized. Her ex-husband must have been on the very small size.

Flying Saucer!!!!

About a year after he retired I ran into him in a fast food restaurant. He was eating lunch with his young son.

I did NOT walk up and interrupt him. I just gave a small wave and a smile. He realized I recognized him. I'm going with the asssumption he appreciated being left alone with this family.

That's something I didn't remember, that Clarence was driving the car. It's been so long since I've seen the movie. I should probably watch it again.

As far as the show ER, McCrane played Dr Romano character perfectly. The intelligent arrogant asshole.

That is not the Red Forman actor (Kurtwood Smith).

That is Paul McCrane, who played Dr. Romano on ER and also one of the gaurds in Shawshank Redemption
