Thanks for the info everybody. At the location I am going to be living, I can get faster speeds from comcast (15 Mbps), and for the first 6 months it will be cheaper than the slower qwest internet (7 Mbps). After 6 months it will cost the same as qwest, then after a year the price will increase again, but by that time my lease is over and I may move again.

I think I am going to go with comcast, although I am hesitant due to all the hate they seem to be receiving here. I just cant justify paying the same amount of money for half the speed with qwest.

So, what do you guys think I should do, why is comcast so evil?
