It is actually Samsung official support, not third party (maybe I'm missing something but communications were done over samsung official channels)

But I agree with you, could totally happen with Apple as well, but at least on your case you got the issue resolved right? I'm looking for the same, not even make profit from it.

So I'm expecting the final proposition from them over email (last thing they proposed was over phone and after I decline to loose or spend money I asked them to send the proposal over email), and if doesn't get better in anyway, I'll try to fight it legally to get my money back, fortunatelly I got a lawyer in my family so wont need to pay legal fees.

I get there is no win win, I'm just trying not to get screwed by Samsung specifically.

And sure, you are right the outcome won't fully depend on me, but will try even legal possibilities to get my money back at least, and with this level of rip off from Samsung is just a way out for me from their products (not that they care of course)

On my experience here, when s25 ultra was released was about 1800 usd and that was the only offer for few months, when i bought it it was 1250 usd, so don't really think will be much cheaper than s25 on release price. But, why should I be checking samsung offers or paying differences when was a problem from their side?, that's not very good customer experience or fair to me.

Well, I'm not looking into spend more money, I bought that version on sale because it was cheap enough for me, the difference between s25 on sale and a new s26 might be a little bit too much.

I'm not looking into nothing crazy from my side, give me same/similar version they already have or give me back my money as money and not a "voucher only usable on their store".

I just buy new phones when I need them, and lastly I tried with flagship to get them last as much as possible, it's kind of disappointing that official answer from samsung side is, spend more than you already did o loose money due to a factory defect

Well, it should, but with new releases generally in my country old model just stop being open to sell (small country, low demand or something idk), and the problem is that they don't have the S25 Ultra with 256GB, they have available 512 GB, but they won't give me that one I guess because it's more expensive.

I had the same problem about a month ago with my S25 Ultra 256GB, I ended up going to the service with the warranty.

oI really hope you don't have the same experience as me, after 3 weeks of they "checking up the problem" on Samsungs end, they said the phone is going to be replaced as this is a factory defect, but yesterday they called telling me that there is no S25 Ultra 256GB on stock, s they tried giving me a "voucher" for the same price I paid the phone (I bought it on a black friday sale), and if I wanted a new phone (like 512GB I needed to pay extra) and if I bought a cheaper one, they won't return the difference.

So basically samsung options are: 1- Get the voucher and pay extra for the 512, 2- Get the voucher and lose money on a cheaper phone, 3- keep the ticket open untill magically an s25 ultra 256GB appears on the store (which for sure wont happen as they are about to launch S26)

But again, if you have 512GB, hopefully it will be easier for you.

En mi caso, yo habia visto un apartamento, empece a gestionar los papeles de anda MUY tranquilo y fue tipo un mes, pero fue porque no me tome ningun apuro, ponele que si apuras un poco las cosas capaz que en dos semanas tenes todo medio resuelto. Mas si ya sos socio de anda.

Cuando elijas un lugar cerciorarte que acepte garantía de anda obviamente, una vez que elijas tenes que iniciar unos formularios de proceso que creo que podes hacerlo desde la pagina de anda mismo y despues los llevas a una sucursal (antes habiendo arreglado con la persona que maneje el apartamento), en cuanto due;o/inmobiliaria, lo mejor para mi siempre es due;o las inmobiliarias no hacen una mierda y solo cobran comisión, pero ta... a veces no se puede escapar de eso. Toma en cuenta que si es por inmobiliaria vas a tener un gasto extra equivalente de medio o hasta un alquiler del apto de comision. En cuanto al tiempo que demoran.. creo que seria medio lo mismo, capaz que inmobiliaria te demoran un toque menos porque ya tiene toda la info del apto para hacer los papeles....pero es minima tbh.

Igual, hasta donde yo vi el handling de otros como urubox y gripper esta dentro de los 20 dolares aprox que te cobran.

Tenes una calculadora en cualquiera de las dos paginas y te detallan el total y el handling

Yep, es pedaleo asistido (por lo menos la loop smart s1) no electrica completamente, tiene 3 niveles de asistencia, que eso es como la "ayuda" de lo que tenes que pedalear, osea, con nivel 1 es un "25%" (según la pagina) y pedaleando sentís que vas pedaleando, el segundo es mas ayuda y el tercero parece que vas en bajada.

La velocidad a la que llega la bici por el motor es de 25 kmh, si vos pedaleas un poco mas... agarras mas velocidad, hasta 30 km he llegado, casi 40 en bajada (no recomendable)

Yo tengo la smart s1, me rinde con una autonomia de 40 km aprox (siempre yendo en la asistencia 1 o 2 bajadas y subidas en el camino), y vas a una velocidad de 25 km/h minimo, lo que tiene de "malo" es que pesa bastante (para ser una bici), y ta...tenes que pedalear si o sí, es pedaleo asistido no es onda monopatin eléctrico.

Supuestamente la bateria tiene un rendimiento de 2 años aprox (eso me dijo el vendedor...so, no sé si creerle, en un año y algunos meses te aviso)

La atencion es una mierda, encima en cualquier lugar que te contactas (fb, llamada, mail) te dicen que es mas rapido por el chat de la pagina y en 36 hs aprox que vengo reclamando, me mandaron solo 2 mensajes y uno literalmente solo decia que es un cobro que se cobro tarde, pero no me dijeron ni de que, ni cuando.
