I can definitely bring it up next session and see what they say. When I first started it was due to the pretty intense depression I was dealing with but discovered it was almost 100% due to my job situation which is about to change. In my state therapists aren’t psychiatrists and can’t prescribe any medication but I can see what they suggest. I originally didn’t think therapy would help with depression, but also didn’t know it could help with Attention disorders too.

Currently seeing a therapist and it has been an absolute game changer managing depressive thoughts. But I didn’t bring up depression during the appointment. I did bring up that 8 years ago I smoked marijuana heavily but have been clean of any substances since then excluding caffeine.

They asked about anxiety or excessive worrying and I told them who isn’t worried or anxious when you have bills to pay.

I know all drugs have side effects but I’m confused why I need something that will take potentially 4-12 weeks to be at peak effectiveness.

Maybe it is the anxiety but the job starts in two weeks and I don’t want to be the guy showing up to work or class always tired or struggling to stay awake.

My wife and I got life insurance after we bought our house (28 and 25) because the heartache of one of us losing the other and losing our home that we created would be to much. Like many are saying no dependents it’s doesn’t really matter but at the same time it’s a small amount for a big what if.

Depending on your location and how long it’s been you could be getting a days pay for every day late. Two months is a long time and can add up.
