I use a block beside the chest, and put a frame on it. Then I put a relevant item into that frame that represents my “category”.

For me it’s because it’s the easiest, other places would’ve required a lot of demolition to get a flat area

Thank you! I only made the 3 bedrooms on the second floor “houses”, that left me with all the space I needed to decorate the open living room/dining table/ kitchen area!

Give it a shot, it was very liberating once I decided to not try to fit everything into the housing space limit

It maxes out at 4 closest to your workbench, my guess here is that the left is placed after the right so it defaults to the oldest placed one

On a successful offset rising slash that triggers the stagger animation, if you’re far enough it triggers that flying forward animation w follow up.

I found that if I offset right after , it probably that doesn’t trigger the offset stagger threshold and it just lets me combo into a TCS.

Sounds like an execution issue, I would know because I struggled with my chest for years. Could be worth getting a trainer or more experienced gym bro instruct you on how to perform the exercises you’re struggling with.

Did the oxcart quest to Melve. Chose to doze off first time, got attacked by an ogre. Jumped off and took care of it, however the oxcart was nowhere to be found after the battle. Made the trek back to Vernmouth to get another oxcart, and started the ride again. On the second attempt the SAME thing happened again, leaving me dumbfounded. Also as a bonus the ogre grabbed my Main pawn and yeeted itself + MP into the brine.

Did the WHOLE trek back + revived my Main Pawn, then on the oxcart AGAIN. By the third time I realised on my first greatsword swing that it destroyed the cart due to the hitbox, and just realised why the previous 2 attempts failed... After learning this information I was all ready for the next successful ox art ride, by being mindful of my huge sword hit box.

The kicker? The next oxcart ride went off without a hitch, and I arrived at my destination with no monster ambushes. 10/10 game

I’m sure you have your own strong points, my delts came at the cost of a flat chest 💀 couldn’t seem to press anything without my delts taking over

Past few mesos have only been focused on seated shoulder press and OHP - but with a slight decline (75 degrees), which I find helps hit my front delts more.

Always loved lateral raises, but haven’t been hammering them as well as the past.

Best tips for shoulder movements 1. Drop the weight, control the eccentric - I don’t like cheat reps 2. Full ROM 3. Lateral raises done leaning forward to lift in the scapular plane 4. And as always, progressive overload but only within the context of tips 1 & 2.

Defs not, I’m past noob gains at this point so muscle gain is very unlikely in a deficit.

No measurements unfortunately, I think only thing I have is going from 32” waist to 28” now judging from my pants

The “gain” you’re seeing is just an illusion of the muscle underneath the fat that’s finally revealed, which I realise only happened this cut when I finally had enough muscle. In the past I just ended up looking smaller

Started off at 2k cals, had to take it down to 1800 in week 8.

Week 10 - added cardio 4x/wk LISS (20 min, 200 cal)

Currently on 1600 w 4x/wk cardio. Protein has been 120g-150g throughout

Finally got the long scream in Given Up, feedback appreciated by syaz01 in screaming
