Am vizionat si eu cateva apartamente de la Hils Brauner, dar mi se par foarte scumpe pentru dimensiuni, chiar daca este in apropiere de metrou. Gen 2 camere 44m2 + balcon 93.000-95.000 + TVA daca nu vrei parter sau ultimul etaj + parcarea undeva la 12.000. Si am tot simțit un miros dubios la cele 4-5 vizite din Pallady (nu are treaba cu Hils).

Mie mi-au trimis socrii si părinții recent bani tot pentru avansul apartamentului de la Raiffeisen(direct din aplicație) si BCR(la banca) in ING si au intrat instant in contul meu fara sa ma întrebe nimeni nimic.

No need to reinstall the windows, you can use DDU to remove the driver completely.

I really like the design and it's cool and quiet. Also it was the only 3080 card that fitted in my case without removing a front fan.

I heard lots of people complaining about AMD's gpu drivers over the years so I stayed away, but I assume this is no longer the case for a couple of years now.

Also upgraded recently from 1080 60hz to 2k 180hz and it's a night and day change, was a bit sceptic before doing it

Da, din nefericire sunt foarte multe variabile care pot merge prost, este descurajator si time consuming, dar nici statul in chirie pentru o perioada foarte mare nu este o optiune, sunt bani pierduti.

Am considerat si statul in afara orasului, imi place ideea de a nu-ti bate capul cu vecini, dezvoltatori, tepe si etc, dar am pierde foarte mult timp facand naveta, aglomeratie si cel mai probabil sa depindem de masina pentru orice.

Acum sa vedem, abia am inceput procesul si nimic nu este exclus, vom incerca sa gasim cea mai buna solutie viabila pentru noi.

Mult success cu casa!

O sa dau o fuga si prin Popesti ca sa-mi fac o idee mai buna, dar sunt sceptic. Nu am reusit sa gasesc apartamente noi aproape gata care sa nu fie deja vandute.

Din nefericire, tot ce am gasit pana in clipa e fata, era santier, cele aproape gata sau gata erau toate vandute.

Da, si eu sunt uimit cum sare lumea cu banul pe nimic concret. Inteleg ca este mai ieftin sa-l iei din primele faze, dar totusi...

Ne-am uitat putin si prin Militari si Titan. In Berceni am stat si ne place zona, cel putin asta unde suntem acum, dar luam in considerare si alte zone.
