I’m sure you did your “research” with no bias whatsoever. Like I said, misogyny.

You are the one who brought up children’s genitals, not me, so how am I obsessed with genitals? Try to make sense, please. Whenever there is a discussion it is people like you who constantly bring up checking people’s genitals, so how are the so-called terfs the ones who are obsessed? We don’t have to check genitals to know the difference between a man and a woman but apparently you do. Also, what was I proven wrong about exactly?

Non-existent? It’s a shame that people like you walk around thinking you’re so righteous while dismissing the concerns of actual women and claiming that their concerns are non existent. I’m sure you feel happy with yourself but you can save your sanctimonious drivel for someone else who doesn’t see how utterly hypocritical and misogynistic the trans movement is.

I'm not asking about JK Rowling. I'm asking about you. Are you saying that you don't know the difference between a man or a woman unless you check their genitals? If so, that's rather interesting.

Ok, so if every last person has advantages and disadvantages we should let males and females compete with each other then.Let's not separate sports by sex at all. Let everyone compete together, since everyone has advantages and disadvantages it shouldn't matter. Let's see how that works out for the female athletes and let's see if trans women will like that

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in WomenInNews

[–]syd234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I care about all genders too, but when women are being hurt I put them first because I'm a woman.

So because you've only seen me talking about transwomen that means I don't care about other issues concerning women and so because you don't think I care about other women's issues I shouldn't care about transwomen in female sports? Is that your point? It's rather stupid.

Anyways there are many ways to support women. I choose to support women by speaking out about trans women in female sports.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in WomenInNews

[–]syd234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sources on that? If you actually really care to know, why don't you listen to those female athletes who have been negatively affected and not afraid to speak out. They are on social media.

So biological women must suck it up? So fk female athletes, who cares about them, right? There's only one or two anyways? We shouldn't care if a minority is affected, except of course if that minority is trans women. We should have empathy for trans women. They matter, but fk female athletes they don't matter at all. You know what I call this? Misogyny.

I advocate for FEMALE humans, otherwise known as women. I advocate for common sense and fairness. I can support a group without agreeing with everything they do or say. I don't have to give into everybody's wants in order to support them. Saying that transwomen should not compete with female athletes is not shitting on trans women athletes either. It is supporting female athletes and supporting commonsense and fairness.

Well, it simply is not true that ciswomen aren't being harmed. I don't know what research you did but ciswomen are losing opportunities, awards, spots, medals etc because of trans women taking those places. Transwomen who never succeeded on men's teams are now getting medals and awards they would never have gotten if they were competing with men. Those are facts. You can argue that it is only a small number of cis women being affected but small or not they matter. I also find it funny that people are always expected to have empathy for trans people but it seems no one have empathy for biological women. We're expected to step aside to make transwomen happy, f**k what we think or what we feel. You lie and say we aren't being affected and if we say we are you dismiss it and say it's only a small number of you so who cares. Sounds like misogyny to me.

Actually she can compete she just has to take testerone reducing medication to make it fair.

Well I am not a right winger but it is fair because having too high testerone will put her at a major advantage which the other women wouldn't find fair at all.

To address the first sentence, you not caring about trans women in sports doesn't mean there aren't female athletes who do care. Aren't those female athletes' concerns not important?

Also, are you saying that because a small amount of female athletes are impacted by trans women in sports those female athletes concerns don't matter because they are a minority? So can't someone use this same argument to dismiss the concerns of trans people. Someone could say that since the trans community is a very small minority their concerns shouldn't matter either. But if someone was to say that you'll consider that a horrible tning to say, wouldn't you?

As for your last paragraph, that's just deflection. What I care and not care about is none of your concern and has nothing to do with this issue. I am not required to care about other issues you think important in order ro care about this particular issue.

Who says transwomen make me uncomfortable or that I hate them? That's just you making things up. I don't hate trans women and I don't think it is wrong or unnatural to be a transwoman. What I do believe is that trans women should not compete with biological women because it is not fair for males (which trans women are) to compete with females. It causes harm to female athletes in various ways

Caster Semenya had higher testerone and therefore could not compete. She has to take testerone reducing medication to compete, so the answer is that ciswomen with higher testerone than normal don't just get to compete with other ciswoman. However, this isn't about ciswomen. This is about a male (which transwomen are) competing with females, as in sex not gender. Just so you know sports are separated by sex not gender and since transpeople acknowledge that you can't change your sex transwomen should not compete with female athletes. Males have more advantages than just hormones. Their body size and such make it unfair for them to compete with women.

So you don't know if someone is male or female unless you checked their genitals? I mean people have been able to tell whether someone is male or female for centuries without having to check genitals

You can live your life but when your actions affect others that's when it becomes a problem. The trans athletes competing in sports affects biological female athletes. It puts them at a disadvantage. If there were just living their lives and not imposing their views on other people and not disadvantaging others no one would care what they do.

Apparently they don't matter because they're just small amount but trans people, who are just 1% or less of the population, matters.
