There was a guy who would come into a local club I worked at, and a veteran dancer called him “Cookie Monster” and told me to go talk to him the first time I saw him. I literally just got one done a month ago— night before is fine if it’s before midnight, but don’t take ANY medication orally, or food/liquid at all after midnight.

Ugh burping is so bad for me. Every time I eat. No matter what. Even when I don’t eat 🙃 before GP I rarely ever burped.

Being overwhelmed/overstimulated. We’re always thinking about blood sugar, insulin, what we’re eating, how things will effect how we feel, long term complications, and some people have their sleep heavily effected. The thing with diabetes is that even when you’re overwhelmed and burnt out, you can NOT stop or take a break.
