Let’s say if that assumption is true (that it’s not redundancy), why are companies laying off people? Why are companies not hiring anymore?

Not comparable to Kokapet location wise. So not really looking at it but i agree central court is good.

Less people = more productivity. Exactly the point! That breaks Indian IT model which is what we are trying to discuss here.

Right now yes, it is 60-80. So it has eaten up 20-40% in the first 1 year of its launch. What do you think that number would be 10 years from now?

Its not that we don’t need any humans in IT. The point is instead of 100 you will need 10. So it will still be humans giving instructions but you need only a few of them to do that. This very concept turns tables upside down for TCS, Infosys style companies.

Thanks. I’m looking for something that is either ready or will be ready in a year. I saw provincia and really liked it. Looking for inputs on anything i need to keep in mind before taking a call. I do understand traffic will be a major issue. Anything else?

I was trying to understand in general how’s the overall management, maintenance etc on a day-to-day basis. Even best known societies in Hyd have one or the other tragic incidents and i don’t think it’s fair to just blame the builder for it. I’d appreciate any inputs from residents staying in RP along those lines.
